Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MindInTech website, registering for an account, or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. User Accounts and Enrollment

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

Account Approval: Registration does not guarantee immediate access to course materials. All new student accounts are marked as "Pending" and must be manually approved and granted access by a MindInTech Administrator.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The courses, syllabi, videos, tutorials, graphics, and underlying code provided by MindInTech are the exclusive property of the institute. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, or adapt any course material without explicit written permission.

4. User Conduct

As a student of MindInTech, you agree not to use the platform to:

  • Engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
  • Share your login credentials with third parties or allow others to access paid course content through your account.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or bypass any security features or smart locks on the platform.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply do so via your Account Settings panel.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
